Problem On The Frontier Machince

After doing all the necessary installations, both computers can communicate properly.

Now I  can see the FRONTIER inside and the outside FRONTIER and both files can be opened at both computers but the imaging controller cannot be connected at the pre-operational checks at the SP2000.

Can you kindly help.
