Fuji Frontier 370

I want to start a new installation on frontier 370 and I was wondering if the following software are enough for everything.

i) A1

ii) Variety print service software

iii) The DI c4c5.

I am asking this because after doing all the necessary installations whilst both computers can communicate properly, I can see the FRONTIER inside and FRONTIER outside and both files can be opened on both computers but the imaging controller cannot be connected at the per-operational checks at the SP2000 and I can never understand it. so can I get any tips?

[Minilab service]

Minimum should have recovery CD ( to restore Windows on scanner computer ) , A1 ( latest version 7.7 ) and C4/C5 ( latest 5.5-0E-976 - have install on both computers ) . 

Variety print service ( B1 ) is additional software. When install this software also have load templates. There are many other additional software, which can be used - B7, B8, B9, B14, C2, C8, C10,C11, C14, D4, D14, D20 E3.

To have communication on both computers should be installed the same C4/C5 version. Also should be correct server name and proper network configurations.
