Qss 3312Sm Inaccessible Boot Device Error

Machine was working fine up until today. Got Blue screen of Death error "inaccessible boot device". Anyone got any ideas what to do? Removed and reseated all IDE cables. Still same result. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Can be faulty motherboard, hard disc, RAM, power supply or Windows. Just put other empty hard disc and run recovery CD. If after that have working Windows then it is only software. If have the same error then step by step can find what is wrong. If will be able boot computer from DOS can run testing tools running on Windows XP mini from boot CD.
