This gear is a gear in a shaft which connected to bigger gear on the racks, noritsu 3501 use 6 gears not included end to end gears. I'm sorry i cant upload pictures because i post this from my phone. Why a piece of gear more expensive than aom driver? A piece not the whole set....

yustas Posted June 11, 2014 Report Posted June 11, 2014 Please note that if you buy the parts in assembly it will always have high price.Some gears have mechanical parts inside to avoid unauthorized rotation in wrong direction. so all depends... Please rpovide me with your gear part number and we will give you our price.

davidlam Posted June 11, 2014 Report Posted June 11, 2014 B022595-01 is called [ Gear Unit ] on the parts list... instead is a long Assembly actually the [ Main drive shaft ] with many worm gears on it. Engineer spends the same time to replace 1 or 2 or more worm gear on the main drive shaft ... compared ... with replacing a New main drive shaft... So he decided to charge you the dearest parts in $$$ return. Individual worm gears are VERY VERY VERY cheap indeed . . . compare with the [ Main drive shaft = "gear unit" ] being called on the parts list.

But B022595-01 costs 574 US$ EXW Yokohama + 50 US$ EMS delivery. So I doubt that the number was for a GEAR....

I post a picture asap The part number B022595-01 (Description: Gear unit) is for the entire drive shaft with the 8 worm gears and a bearing at each end. There is no part number shown for the individual gears. Only the QSS-2611/2612 parts manual showed the individual parts, but I'm not sure if these are still available or not from Noritsu. If we are talking about QSS35 then : LP7000 - QSS-3501iF ( iBeam model )LP7100 - QSS-3501F LP7200 - QSS-3502F Fuji doesn't makes parts for these minilabs. They get parts from Noritsu using Noritsu part numbers. Sometimes part numbers for the same part in Fuji part list and Noritsu part list can be different. Usually Fuji branded minilab owners ordering parts from Noritsu, because prices are lower.
