Aaron_RIMG_TSR Posted June 11, 2014 Report Posted June 11, 2014 Are they stuck right at with width guide???On the plate that lifts up at the width guide there is a sticker with a number on it. Make sure that number matches in width guide correction value in menu 45M The other thing you can check is run the rollers in the I/O check with the top door open and interlock tripped. Try to stop the inner rollers. If they start spinning backwards you'll need a new PDC board. If they are just easy to stop, you'll need a new clutch gear.
photothaibaoui Posted June 11, 2014 Report Posted June 11, 2014 good morning.if you can stopped easy the rollers probleme could be in stk in pdcboard

photothaibaoui Posted June 15, 2014 Report Posted June 15, 2014 go to printer . cheeck d 561 exposition part .d560 avance paper .d563 base largeur guide.......
Aaron_RIMG_TSR Posted June 16, 2014 Report Posted June 16, 2014 If it is making it that far it is not the PDC board, so we can rule that out... Lets check the following... 1. In menu 45B - Printer Function Select: Make sure FORK is set to NO 2. In menu 45A - Printer I/O Check: Click on next page. Check M565 and D566 by running it. Also check the nip rollers visually to make sure they are moving up and down. 3. Make sure the exposure section is clean, including the rollers under that flap that lifts up where the paper is stuck. I can see in the picture that the plate that lifts is quite dirty. 4. Make sure the vertical transport section is clean. The larger paper has more drag and could be hesitating up to that point and is timing out causing the jam error. Be sure that all of the metal plates look like mirrors and that all of the rollers are cleaned. If the rollers are hard and slick, try using 1000 grit wet sandpaper and GENTLY rough them up. 5. Check the springs and rollers on the side doors. If any of the rollers are turning a little stiff, replace the shaft supports or you can try using a light weight oil in them. If the rollers are hard and shiny, use the sandpaper as described above. 6. Check the humidity levels in the lab. If the lab is under 30% humidity, a cold air humidifier should be added and placed next to that side of the printer. 7. Go into paper feed (Menu 455) and try running 8 inch and 6 inch paper at the maximum feed to see if there is a problem there. If so, it could have to do with the paper drag 8. Run with all 3 side doors open and the interlocks tripped. See if you can see the paper hesitating anywhere along the paper path. pckush 1

Aaron_RIMG_TSR Posted June 17, 2014 Report Posted June 17, 2014 There are a few things that could be causing that. 1. Is the backprint also skewed? A. There is a screw on the cutter that is referred to as a boss. from vibration, this can become loose causing the paper to be fed crooked. This is discussed in section 15.1.15 in the service manual. B. There is another screw on the magazine like the one on the cutter. This is discussed in section 15.1.16 C. Go through section 15.5 for the rest of the adjustments if the backprint is still also skewed. 2. If the backprint is not skewed, check to see if the subscan is installed straight. Section 16.3.9 shows the proper installation. Before you start adjusting stuff, try the problem paper in both the upper and lower trays. If the problem is only happening in one position, that will tell you that the problem is there and not the other tray, cutter, or exposure section. This issue can also be simply caused by the transport areas not being clean and worn rollers or springs. Fixing the first issue could possibly fix this one as well.
