davidlam Posted June 13, 2014 Report Posted June 13, 2014 Who can repair a QSS-2901 [ filter unit Z019163-01 ] or [ filter main body Z019164-01 ] ? How much will it be and repair cycle time ? where to ship ? or approximate price of a USED / 2nd handed one from somewhere ... or exchange ?
Minilab service Posted June 13, 2014 Report Posted June 13, 2014 Minolta Japan makes refurbishment and Noritsu sells them part number Z019164-01-$1 ( you have return broken ) .. Price depends where to buy.
PHOTOLABPART.COM Posted June 14, 2014 Report Posted June 14, 2014 DEAR SIR I HAVE A FILTER WHEEL FOR 2901 PLEASE EMAIL minilabtechn@gmail.com Thanks
Minilab service Posted June 14, 2014 Report Posted June 14, 2014 If to buy old filter wheel it would be waist of money. Many old filter wheels are noisy and that means they will be crashed soon. So if from filter wheel you hear noise that means they will be crashed soon. To avoid filter wheel crashes there bearings should be replaced until is not too late. It is very difficult to find proper bearings. Also exists some risk to destroy filter during disassembling, but nothing to loose - if do not anything in some time you hear more noise and at last your filter wheel glass will be crashed into small pieces.
yustas Posted June 14, 2014 Report Posted June 14, 2014 Yes but Z019164-01 [qss29 filter wheel body] costs in Japan more than 7 000 US$ and I doubt that someone will buy the new wheel... All search used one. Just a lottery.
yustas Posted June 18, 2014 Report Posted June 18, 2014 We have one unit available for immediate shipment. Please send to us inquire to receive a quotation to: parts@minilablaser.com
davidlam Posted June 18, 2014 Author Report Posted June 18, 2014 Yustas Sir, Is your (one unit) 2nd hand from torn-down QSS-2901, or Refurished one Z019164-01-$1 from Norisu Japan or NEW one from Noritsu Japan ?
davidlam Posted June 18, 2014 Author Report Posted June 18, 2014 Dear ALL, If I have a chance to select one of some USED filter wheel main bodiesssss but there is NO QSS-2901 to put them on one by one to test their loudness of "noise" generated. Is there another smart way to tell which one could be a better one . . . to buy ? Any "manufacture date" label on the filter wheel main body, I doubt !
yustas Posted June 18, 2014 Report Posted June 18, 2014 No. The unit we offer for sale was removed from perfectly working lab which owner decided to sell for parts (by the way: as for qss2901 - it is much more profitable if to compare with ordinary lab sale). So we just offer it as reseller.
