Dks 1750 Bus Scan Error

From the last month I get this error and I have to restart DKS software. Most of the times is produced when I print with my external feeder. Sometimes I print 300 photos and no problem and sometimes each 50 or 70 photos I have to restart. Even machine is not working sometimes appears this error.

 

Any ideas?
