Error information can find in service manual PP3-C878E ( chapter 7 ) or troubleshooting manual PP3-C916E . Circuit diagram in additional document - PP3-C879E . Instillation manual - PP3-A764E . W-2411 - paper jam error. Remove paper, clean sensors, look status in input check, check minilab cover sensors, restart minilab and this error should disappear.

The volume of information given in my service manuals (there are 4 different books in that archive) is more than enough to solve the error 2411 of Frontier 370. And that archive has a troubleshooting manual PP3-C916E by the way.. I did not mean to add to that archive any installation manual or circuit diagrams. What for? In this case it would be FULL manual. I placed "service" only.
Minilab service Posted June 30, 2014 Report Posted June 30, 2014 I didn't know what files there. Just told that short manual PP3-C904E has not error list. If on your link service manual PP3-C878E ( with 24 chapters ) then it has all information except diagrams and instillation.
