Problem Adding Another Printer - Lp5000 To Ms01 Dic

Hi, checked through forum posts related to network issues but couldn't find answer.

So we have our existing LP2000 (Fr370) attached to FMPC via Fireware, DIC software is MS01 v3.0. I try to add second printer LP5000 (Fr500) as network printer, connected through switch, but it shows in PANDA app as red (inactive). Both printers are in same subnet with just different IP addresses.

Any other installation in required besides of add output device in maintenance menu?

pings to printers work from both DIC and FMPC computers.

Any ideas?

check the name of the cpu

if they have the same name will not work
