Hello, I have a problem with my Frontier 350 paper stops just before the rollers that push the rack P1, the two rollers that should move it forward until the rack P1 do not run, error-W .2406 ( paper jam between exposure and distribution section (6).(1)

Hello. These rollers move processor chain. Check clutch mechanism under black plastic cover on printer rear side ( beside LDD20 board ) .  Under this cover you see star and processor chain on it. I think star rotates ( because the same chain rotates racks ) , but clutch is broken and your last rollers don't rotate. Clutch is prevent damages, if rollers will be stopped. When it is broken star rotates, but rollers don't move.

Thank you, in fact, the latch that holds the small bearing is blown, it was necessary to riassemblareb everything and put new firm, thanks to all problem solved,
