Yes it is possible. I have done it on DX100 with MS 3.1 and MS 4.xx.

Hello good morning, I have the same doubt, I have a kiosk kodak picture gs compact and a printer fujifilm dx100 I just bought. Is it possible to connect the fujifilm to the kiosk and print from the kodak? Thank you

Not possible because you  can´t  install the  ENABLER.

 

This option is not available on the GS Compact

If the Kodak G4 Kiosk has the Fuji enabler loaded it will allow orders to be printed on a Fuji Frontier printer from the Kodak G4 Kiosk.

MS01 software has nothing to do with the G4 Kiosk, MS01 is the software that drives the Fuji Frontier printers.
