Print Become Blue

Hello, when I am printing with Lucky paper suddenly begin to out bluish and need to calibrate my noritsu 3011. This happens some times no all days.

I agree 100mm of CD and the problem is solve but only for a few days.

I tell them that I have no problems like this on Fuji paper. 

Paper: Lucky SA-6 

Process RA 4 

Printer: Noritsu 3011

Try to exchange blue AOM-driver.

If adding 100ml of CD (I presume this is concentrate and not mixed CD) solves the problem, then you need to check if the CD rep pump is operating normally. Also check that your basic replenisher rep rates are correct for the chemistry you are using. I suspect the Fuji paper is more resilient to the weak CD compared to the Lucky paper.

 

If these blue prints happen again, pull some paper out of the magazine then rewind it back in again, now make some prints, check that the prints come out completely black, if they don't it is a chemistry problem, if they do come out completely black, it will probably be a Blue AOM driver problem.
