Noritsu Hs-1800 (S4) Software Help Please.

Does anyone know how to get the Photo Retouching Module to work? When I want to scan a film, it goes straight to "SCAN" and doesn't bring up the the PRM (photo retouch module) to make adjustments for color cast, light/dark adjustment etc. I can (in the "Environment") start the Digital ICE and dust removal options. I have an S4 Noritsu, converted to operate via a USB and TWAIN support. (which I understand equates to an HS-1800 ).
