No Energy Pc Noritsu 3311

I have tried to install a minilab noritsu 3311, but I have no energy in the pc, and laser scanner, which may be the fault. 

I appreciate your help I am far from the city to more than 18 hours of travel, please await your response 

Recirculation pumps only work, not work any more

Somebody tell me what p.c.b. controls the power of the printer

Hello. Probably you mean have no energy in the PC, laser and scanner ? Will be some problem with processor pcb. Might be software upgrade for this board. Force run minilab - put J/P647 jumper on main relay pcb and can see what is wrong. After all do not forget remove this jumper.

If the green button on the sorter is light, press and hold it 5-6 seconds, then wait two minutes and the machine will start.

Connect an external power cable to the PC power unit directly. Then turn on the computer. After start of the QSS program there will be error messages which will help to understand a problem.

If your motherboard dead you need replace it. Can use the same Ricoh or some replacement. If use the same motherboard just replace it and all should work as worked before. QSS3311 has Adaptec Ultra160 Family PCI SCSI Controller and Fast Trak TX2000 RAID. So you need Adaptec AVA-2915LP driver and Fast Trak TX2000 driver .
Do you have full service backup ? If yes - you are safe. If not - do not format hard discs. Make their image files using Acronis true image.
All instillation depends what kind of motherboard you have. If you get the same motherboard just replace and all should work as worked before.
If motherboard not original have install Windows 2000 PRO, make all computer configuration, install main and all optional software, profile data and in service mode load backup.
Also can clone hard disc and run Windows repair. After that Windows will be reconfigured for new motherboard and all other should work as it worked before.

You can't use initial data from other minilab. Maybe you have backup on floppy, USB, CD and etc. Sevice data backup can use instead initial data.

QSS3311 has three hard discs ( two RAID for system and one for CAU ) - you wanna to say they all are damaged ? Backups can find on two of them.

 

We are not floppy discs, as you said. We are engineers. Do not use online translator, because we can't understand you or yours online translator dub us. On private message you said that I'm blunt, now told that we are floppy disk, so what's next. If you are using online translator look what it wrote after translating.
