Need Initial Data Noritsu 3311

Hi, I need, initial data for NORITSU 3311, buy this machine, and died motherboard, hard drive died, I have no backup not able to save anything from the hard drive, install new Motherboard.

Hello. You didn't answer questions on previous post and opened new.

 

QSS3311 has tree hard discs. Do you wanna to say that all three died ?

As I told on your previous post you can't use initial data from other minilab. Mechanical, laser, scanner, printer, scanner, AFC, colorimeter adjustments are individual for each minilab, so why to load them ?

 

If you really do not have even user backup ( hard to believe ) then do not load initial data at all. You have make all adjustments yourself and it is really hard and long job. If you load initial data from other minilab you have to do all adjustments too.

If you have no experience in initial lab adjustment you should invite a service engineer and pay for his work.
if you have brand new mother board and operational software it is good. Well adjusted lab after invidual adjustments works perfect.

Try place boot drive into another computer to copy the entire NoritsuKoki folder tree, then try create a "service backup" from it.

Maybe you can get Noritsu QSS software installed, then a restore from the backup you make.

You are absolutely right. Anyway he said "hard drive died" . As I told before this minilab has three hard discs. So all three are dead ? Sorry, but he didn't answer this simple question. If one disc still alive he can copy backups from Noritsukoki folder (or use whole folder ) .
