Check the arm unit above magazine A is not broken, and that it slides across smoothly.

Check that the gripper pins in the arm are clean and holding the print tightly.

 

Then try to adjust by going to Menu → Extension → Maintenance → Various Adjustment
→ Printer Mechanical Adjustment → Arm Unit Zigzagging Correction
