Frontier 375 Please Help. What'S Is This?

Hi Friend, several months, all pictures have thin fringe.
All pictures, all sizes, the problem remains, what could be the problem?

I may be wrong but it looks to me like a sort of magenta stripes (problem with a green laser).... but it also possible just a problem with tension in paper advance unit ( see bearings, belts etc)...

 

And a small piece of advice:

close persons' eyes with black not to share their privacy with the whole world.

Look metallic belt. Usually it cause banding on 350, 355, 370 and 375.

This is from Polygon Mirror inside Laser Unit, also can cause from G-Laser gun.

please dont destroy it this is little problem to handle

this lines is what we call bandings in photo

mustly cause by harmonic problem

1; from the laser unit holder:  on this case you will check Under the alluminium holder on which the laser is screwed to make sure

the four rubbers that create the dephaser between the laser unit and the printer body is not damaged

 

2; send some print and closely hear if any noise from the exposure advance unit and repair

 

3;change the green AOM

step 1. Check laser unit holder and all rubbers is ok.

step2.  What is "exposure advance unit" ????  p.p. maybe understand

step3. I have AOM but replace in Monday, because now  not with me.

for step 2 exposure advance unit is directly Under the laser proof glass if you have one change all the unit here is the part name; A01, 810c938520 sub scanning assy,

it will fix your problem

This problem not from sub scanning.

I think this from cables or chemical in processing tank.

Problem:Lines(8 lines per cm) in the subscan direction. The lines can be seen
by producing a test print on the LP from the “Special Print” menu.
Solution:Check the ground wires from the machines to their outlets and that the
ground is common to both the SP and LP.
 

Please tell me , what is SP and LP ????

Problem is solved!!!!! (За да разберете как става ползваите гугле транслатор).

Решението е: Принтера и скенера трябва да са с обща нула и заземяване. При мен скенера беше вързан през UPS  и от там с друга нула и ето ти проблем.
