Do you have blue on the same positions ? Print gray field ( about 0.7 density ) and look where you have B there.

The line in one position only see the photo

I have try Aom and LDD27,GMC27,CTL27 new but the problem is same

Can you print gray field on whole photo ? I would like to see lines there. Now on first photo I see line on part of photo and on second see it whole. You told that lines the same, but I see them different. 

It can't be AOM. Frontier 500 has blue direct modulation laser, so AOM and AOM driver is only for green SSL.

Check gap where blue laser beam goes out to the paper. Maybe something blocking it. Similar situation can see on Noritsu minilabs. There if focal plate is curved or in wrong position we have lines or shadows on part of print. Just enough to remove focal plate and lines on photo disappearing.

I cannot fix this problem I am sure the problem from laser beuase I have print test print gray 3R in 152cm it is show in both prints

 

I try to open laser and I see the parts and optical if any part out from local

Try to make laser beam alignment in service menu. If not enough have open laser and make alignments or see what is wrong there. Be careful - do not make worse than it is now.
