y.diane Posted September 10, 2014 Report Posted September 10, 2014 the printer turns on fine when the main control is turned on but the printer doesn't turn off when the main control is down. I'm afraid the printer will be damaged if I constantly manually shut off the printer. I also tried to "use" the manu from the printer itself to shut off the machine, but I'm unable to get to the menu. the little screen says processing and won't go to the next page. Help please.
