Frontier Lp5700 I-2573

Dear Sirs,

 

We have a Frontier 570 presenting I-2573 "Laser Temperature adjusment not completed in exposure section"  when we try to adjust G-SHG. 

 

We have checked the following.

 

1. All voltages in PWR23 are correct.

2. All voltages in LDD23 according to manual are correct.

3. We tried another Laser Unit and get the same error.

4. We tried another AOM Drive and get the same error.

 

We think it could be the LDD23 board but we haven't had the opportunity to tried a new one. Please let me know if any of you had a similar case.

Try to change LDD pcb.

I have same problem in 340 after change LDD the problem is fix.
