Frontier 550 Control Strip Ant

Hi, does any one of you know how to read the Control Strip from the Frontier 550?

 

I have buy the control, trip, I have print it, but then... I dont have any idea what to do with it.

 

I have a X-rite 810 but I think this reader is not the one I need. Probably more the 891u ?

 

Does it really important to calibrate (do the control strip) ?
