Help: Pc Shutsdown. After Re-Installation

Hello Buddies,

 

I have re-installed my Minilab softwares. I bought the minilab from United States. Its Noritsu 3311.. Before it was an SM configuration but a retired Kodak Service Man reconfigured it to RA, 

because it is easier here in our country to get those Chemicals.

 

After that the system came with the Kodak DLS System, but the Kodak guy advised me to change it to the Normal format that is not the DLS Software.

 

So we formatted the Drives and re-installed using the recovery disks  that came with the machine. 

 

and installed the QSS Main Software, Just after it finishes and it reboots,

 

It Starts the QSS Software immediately.

 

PROBLEM:

 

But When the PC Boots and the QSS Main Software Starts it takes almost 3 mins the PC Shutsdown ON ITS OWN automatically. The problem continues even if you reboot again.

 

What am I doing wrong, please help me, this is my first Machine, I have put all my savings for this Business

I think to use backup for DLS software with current QSS software was a bad idea.

Hello. You have some problem with UPS, COM port or COM port settings. When you start Noritsu software and it doesn't see level from UPS then QSS shutdown module is activated and turns off computer.
