2901 Problema

Saludos a todos.

 

Tengo un problema con un 2901, al imprimir ,  la imagen que presenta el equipo en la pantalla,  las bolitas de color amarillo no van  al mismo tiempo que el papel que va en los tanques de trabajo o químicos.

 

 Al salir el papel por completo las bolitas aun están haciendo el recorrido por los tanques de trabajo y por supuesto el equipo arroja un error de papel trancado en proceso, también tiene lo siguiente : Si,  imprimo 10 fotos en la pantalla solo se ven 6 bolitas cuando deberian ser 10 que son las que se imprimieron.

 

Que podra ser..?

Hola Carlos33,  este es un equipo comprado a los chinos, tiene sistema RA y no se si fue convertida de SM a RA.

Llego sin el SYstem Program en CD y le instale una versión que tengo de otro equipo.

Pensado lo que me dices de SM o RA-$ voy a instalar otro Version del System Program.

Debéis escoger la especificación correcta del proceso en Extension → Maintenance → Machine

Specification (es necesario entrar preliminarmente en el régimen de servicio).

Check the frequency for the drive motor gear is set correctly for your country.

50HZ uses the large gear side.

60HZ uses the small gear side.

Friend I have to put a different gear, to increase or decrease the speed ..?

Or just changing the position of said gears make a difference ..?

Hi John,

 

Just change the position of the gear on the drive motor.

It is a double gear, you just need to reverse it's position.

Today I travel to do what was recommended to me and warning them as was the service.

Thanks for your recommendation, changing the gear position paper output and bumps that appear on the screen were synchronized.

 

In the newest teams this change from 50Hz to 60Hz or vicebersa specifications made by the machine as I recommended (Kodak-Service).

 

Another thing, I have another computer that can do 2901 uniformity.

 

When commanded to do uniformity after the daily adjustment gives an error that it can not do the procedure.

 

I have understood that it can be done manually but I have no idea of the procedure.

Clean MVLA head and try to follow these steps:

1. Initialize the MLVA data.

2. Del unf_m_nai.dat (on C:\Noritsukoki\QSS-29\Data folder)

3. Perform Inner Calibration Correction Adjustment.

4. Carry out the Load Voltage Adjustment.

5. Carry out Uniformity Pattern 2.

6. Carry out Uniformity Pattern 3.

7. Carry out Uniformity Pattern 4.

8. Del UNF_FB.dat (on C:\Noritsukoki\QSS-29\Data folder)

9. Copy the UNF01.dat file and paste it on desktop. 

10.Rename "UNF01.dat" on the desktop to "UNF_FB.dat"

11.Move the renamed "UNF_FB.dat" file to Data folder mentioned in item 8.

12.Perform the Uniformity pattern 1: 

- Choose the paper magazine. 

- Choose "Pass": to Cancel and skip the test print.

- Start the Uniformity measurement with the calibrator.

- Press "YES" key

13. Confirm the print quality.
