Minilab service Posted November 26, 2014 Report Posted November 26, 2014 You can't use backup from other scanner. All scanners are different. If you have not backup, but still have hard disc, but software can't work it is not problem. You can copy backup files from hard disc. They are on disc D. Having them easy recover your scanner and it can work as it worked before.
