Led Ii Error Fatal Reset Printer

SOMEONE CAN HELP ME WITH THIS MESSAGE BECAUSE I HAVE NOT THE MANUAL

Hi SAT,    one sentence question tells nothing ...   please tell us more

1) Do you mean your machine is Kodak LED II Printer and paper processor ?

2) Is the fatal error happen / show up [ every time ] you power up the LED Printer ? ?    or  it shows up ONLY when you start printing ?

3) How long have you been using the machine ?   or   you just have this machine from somewhere ?

IF power up the LED Printer ok / self-test ok and READY ..... your printer PCB100, 200 and 300 / printer power supply should be okay

 

Fatal error(s) appear . . . . ONLY WHEN you start to print . . . . Sorry I have no idea at this moment, I will check with my engineers for suggestions.

 

Hope your EXPENSIVE  ROTOR and PRINT HEAD has no problem.  

 

1) Are yours  GEN II  or had been upgraded to the  latest "DISK ROTOR & related Print head" ?

 

2) Have you checked the continuity of the "stator cable" between external PC and LED Printer ?

the rotor will change the earlier this year and the cable also change it and nothing

have you tried to reseat  / re-configure or change the Adaptec 2940U SCSI card on external PC ?

 

Are you from Romania [ claude valdez ]  the gentleman we talked in email recently ?
