i am in need of a floppy backup for SP-2000. Can anyone help me out? Thank you in advance.

Nobody can't help you, because all backups ( especially scanner ) are individual. Each scanner has different lens, focus rates and all other settings, so do not load other backup there. Scanner doesn't work or works terrible after that.

What happened with your scanner? No problem, if software doesn't work. If HD is working and you didn't format ( or recovered it ) you still can get your scanner and printer backups. They are stored on D:\Fujifilm\Frontier\PARAM . There should be folders prin , SCAN and PU ( if have price unit ) . Inside them printer, scanner and price unit settings. Just copy these three folders. After fresh instillation put folders back and all settings return.

I've done this before and it works. I just need someone that has 7.0 version a backup of their scanner.
