Fuji Fmpc Hardware Upgrades?

Hi all,

 

I currently have an old x series 225 server unit for my FMPC running merlin.

Current hardware is Intel Xeon 2.66GHz with 1GB of RAM and WIN 2000 SP4

 

Is there anyway to speed up converting times for digital orders? 

I know its next to impossible to migrate the whole software side to a new faster machine running later versions of windows and WIN 2000 should be fast enough in any case so id like to upgrade current hardware.

Does anyone know if the processors can be upgraded and perhaps a faster HDD set-up, currently I have a 10K RPM HDD, perhaps a RAID array may suite better?

I suppose I could build a new system and clone the HDD across but I imagine that could cause licencing issues amongst others?
