3001 Cd Replenishment Rate

I have a 3001 with sm chemical, what is the replenishment rate for CD-W and STB-W?? my print coming out blue and I know is not the laser problem, so I believe is my replenishment is not setting correctly (after 12 years owning the machine)

 

CD- A - 3.01

CD- B - 5.50

CD- C - 5.81

CD- W - 50.27

 

STB - 1.49

STB - W - 192.25

I would be checking that the pumps are pumping out the correct amounts.

 

Use a small measuring cylinder and take 3 readings add the 3 readings together and divide by 3 to give you the average.

If it is under pumping, check that the white tap/filters are clean, then check that the poppet valves and seals are not worn out.

great help sir, I took the CD-W out all day to measure the total amount of the day, we printed about 40-4x6 and 5-5x7, the machine pump out 4 liter of water to the tank!!! also shows:

5527 - STB2-W

5715 - STBW-W

5710 - CD-W

5713 - STB2-W

 

all filters,  screen, water hose and poppet valve has been replace/clean , production has no problem(since I redirect the water to a refill bottle),what else I can do to stop the alarm and stop the over filling??? thx!

Just a comment, but you never mentioned that you were having an alarm all day long, or that it was over filling the working tank with water.

 

If you are having a problem with the machine pumping excess amounts of water,

maybe the float valve inside the working tank is stuck in the down position  ?

 

Check / clean that and let us know what happens.

Yes Big Dave is quite correct, it is the float switches in each sub tank that control the water re-filling.

The other cause is if the level of the machine is way out, check it with a spirit level.
