Half Print Blank On Dks3

On 6" paper single piste a 4x6 will come out blank or more bizarre, with the file of the print that's next. So I have a print with two different files half and half. Never heard or seen something like this, please help!!

Maybe the paper magazine is set as 4" instead of 6" ?

I reformated the PC. So far so good....Maybe was a virus. Thanks

Again the same problem. Here are samples. It happens on either mag. 4 or 6, even 8" paper. Usually when I sent a lot of files, let's say 30 4x6, that's when I notice defenetly will occur. I've done all the centering processes, lens magnification, Formatted the pc ( When I format the pc, it works well for about a week, then again the same issue) Happens either double paper mag, or single. Any hints will be as always appreciative. Sometines the off center part is blank, sometimes its a file.

Had someting like this in 1710, it was stepper motor on lens turret, axel was broken and it couldn´t find right place, white borders come to pictures sometimes..!!

 

Try is lens/lcd turret moving freely or like it should go steps and have friction...!!

Also, check the lens turret belt tension

Problem solved. Issue was the bus cable. Wasn't fastened to the chassis. Every time the lens turret moved to position the bus cable (grey one) got in the way and prevented the lens assembly to settle right.
