Noritsu Ls-1100 Via Usb/Standalone - Software Question.

Hello,

 

i purchased a Noritsu LS-1100 without software.

 

It powers on and seems to be working fine but i don't know where to find the software to make it work.

 

I think i need (Twain-) Drivers and the scanningsoftware to make it usable with Photoshop.

 

Can you tell me where to find the software?

I went through the same problems with a used LS-600. I finally ordered the latest Twain Driver Disk and Scanner Program Disk from Noritsu. I think it was about $300 for both. This was important, because only the latest version 6 Scanner program will work with Windows 7. Once I had the new software, I first installed the twain driver. Then I installed the scanner program. Next, I needed to download the optional twain driver software for Photoshop CS5 from Adobe (earlier versions of Photoshop may already have the twain driver installed). The twain driver only works in 32 bit mode, so you have to make sure you put it in the right folder for the 32 bit version of CS5.

Once I did that I started up Photoshop went to File>Import and selected the LS-600. This starts up the software and you're ready to scan!

i think i also need a scanner backup. If anyone here could send me the backup data for an LS-1100 that would be greatly appreciated. It should be located in c:\noritsukoki\scanner\
