Help! Error Code W2680 On A 375.

I keep having an error W-2680(Number of prints exceeds limit, stop printing) comes up.  The LP2000 does not seem to want to mix new replenishment.  I have a new cartridge in their. The door switch works.  The LPC sees that their is a cartridge in there.  But it won't release to mix.   I have found that the float switches in the back(near the main breaker) have had not enough liquid in them.  I take the hose off and fill them up to where the float is at the top.  I don't get any errors when I boot up the printer.  This error only comes up when I run prints to it.  The only suggestion the manual gives is "Wait until replenishers are prepared."  I reboot the printer, same thing.  I turn off the printer and try it several hours later, it works for a day.  Then the same error appears.  Any suggestions out there of what this could be?  On a side note, at what rate does the waste(Silver Recovery and wash water) come out of this machine?

i have this problem at least once a year, so this is a post by Christina  Rose who is on this forum.

 This error because of  frontier detect difference in replenisher level especially P2RA. you can see in maintenance menu- go to processor Input check- replensiher levels. there must be some level difference. only solution is shutdown the machine thru emergency OFF. then  drain out  all the chemical from replenisher tank ( not main Tank)  except PSR. pour some hot water thru the cartdige holes to make clean throughly inside the tanks especially P2RA. drain out all and close drain valves. restart machine and put  new cartridges. let it MIX.

I have tried what Nash said to do above.  I have had the same error appear again.  Thank you again for your suggestion.  Anyone else know what this is being caused from and how to resolve it?

Hmm.  Which little filters in which little tubs?  I clean the filters in the processing tanks.  Their are float switches in back of the printer near the main power switch.  Is that what you are talking about?

Near the drain valves underneath the replenisher tanks, there are four clear tubs with a screw cap.

You undo the screw cap and inside there is a small filter. Clean those

drain all of the replenish tanks, make sure all all the level sensors (floats) for P1, P2 RA and P2RB, are down, go in to the service mode under Replenish section, go in to the input check and make sure they are off, its locate in the right side.

 

If you see mold or any debree floating in the floats it will be best to flush it out with warm/hot water, in the section where you place the repl cartridge, the hole on the right is for P1 do same for the other two, keep an eye on the floats do not overfill, drain water and make sure the floats come down. Once the the you verify the water is completely drain, insert a cartridge and open and close the door twice. The printer should start mixing, if not start printing. 

 

If you get an error during mixing, Do Not Turn Printer OFF, check the floats top and bottom should be at the same level  if one is below put some water (CUP)at a time. Most of the time the P1 requieres more water than P2 again P1 is on the left. minuilabtech101@gmail

Thank you for your detailed info minuilabtech101@gmail.  I really appreciate it!  I did go though the above info and tried it.  In this case the problem ended up being the CTP20 board.
