Plastic Loupe Inside The Laser

The machine is Noritsu 3211.

Our engineer found two scratches on the plastic loupe inside the laser block. The loupe position is after the crystal set of three loupes. If somebody can help write me to support@fotobravo.com

Yes, in the middle of the prints there is a 3-4 mm light line. 



After two hours I can take a better photo on the plastic loupe.

If you are sure that these scratches are the reason of a problem, at you have two ways:

- to replace the laser unit

- to buy the faulty laser unit and to take out from it a plastic loupe.
