Frontier 340 Error W-2455

hello every one

i start my frontier 340 today and i got this error message w-2455 ( paper remains in printer section)

i open the door but don't find any papers inside the machine.

i restart the machine but i still have the same problem.

please help me ass soon as possible.

Hello everyone i have Frontier 340 and have a message W2455,i did all that is in the manual book but the message is still there.

If you have W2455 error then go to printer input check menu and check processor entry sensor (D305) status. It should be "No paper" .

If you see paper then check :
make sure, that paper is not there.
try to clean sensor ( emitter and receiver )
Trough mobile camera look do you see IR light from emitter ( D305L - infrared light diode ) . If no light - look do you see 5V on connector D305L pin 1 .
Test voltages on receiver D305P. Connector D305P - pin 1 gnd , pin 3 +5V , pin2 - output ( level depends sensor is closed, or not . Can be 5 V , or 0V ) .
When check sensors need close doors, or press door sensors.
