Faulty Im-1500 Pro

We've got the Photo Me IM-1500 pro film scanner/PC running on Windows XP.  However, we're getting the following error message:

 

ODBC Microsoft Access Driver Log-in Failed

Could not use 'I'; file already in use.

 

I thought we could maybe do a system restore back to a previous state, but we're logging in using username: DKS with no password which doesn't have the necessary administration rights.

 

Could anyone advise on a solution?

password " DKSLF"

Thank you.  Unfortunately the System Restore is deactivated, so not sure what my next step will be.  

 

As mentioned in previous post, error message coming up is ODBC Microsoft Access Driver Log-in Failed Could not use 'I'; file already in use.

 

Any help would be appreciated.
