Help! W2651 Error Code.

Waste sol1 full.  I have emptied it twice by taking the hose off and opening the valve open.  First time solution came out.  Errored again.  Took the hose out again and opened up the valve.  This time nothing came out.  I did a expel air mode.  Opened up the valve again, a bit of solution came out, but errored out again.  Powered down and unplugged the LP2000.  It sat for 45 min.  Plugged it back in, powered it up, same thing.  Opened up the valve again, a little bit of solution came out.  Not enough that the tank would be full.  

 

Anybody out there have had this happen to them?  If so, what was wrong with it?  How did you get it resolved?

It seems the floating switch inside the waste solution tank was clogged and left  in "up" position.

So you always have "full tank" message...

Please try to revise it and clean.

Replace if necessary.

Thank you so much for help!  It turns out, the problem was with the board just right of the power supply board.
