sapsi Posted March 15, 2015 Report Posted March 15, 2015 How big is the dryer temperature on your machines ? I set the temperature to 64 degrees Celsius and when i print a large number of 20x30 or 30x45 pictures, they come out wet.
jorm Posted March 15, 2015 Report Posted March 15, 2015 I think it has more to do with the rollers inside the dryer, are the doing there djob, and make sure the dryer heater is clean and no dust inside. jorm
Studio01 Posted March 16, 2015 Report Posted March 16, 2015 Mine is 70 degreees, I have to put upper value due the same problem you tell. Sometimes in double track, the prints of the back side of the machine are a little wet. Specilly when you print a large number of photos. Never hapenned this with my old machine DKS 1510. Studio01

Studio01 Posted March 17, 2015 Report Posted March 17, 2015 I guess that when working in double track paper, the back track receives less intensity of the fan. I had to up the degrees value, but sometimes, specially in winter (when ambient temperature is cold) I get some wet prints when I do a big amount of them. Beware of air conditioner in your shop, I had to change orientation of it because some of the cold air was going directly to the DKS dryer. Studio01

sapsi Posted March 19, 2017 Author Report Posted March 19, 2017 (edited) I solved my problem. On the dryer motor fan there is one capacitor with 1,5 Mf value. I mesured this capacitor and the reading was to smal, changed with another (2 Mf value)and the problem solved.
