Back Print Error (Dlab2)

hello

for some unknown reason, the error occurred:

PR internal back print error (90C)

PR internal back print error (90B)

(assembly RD)=>Stop

 

According to his observations, I can say that the BP works, but with a delay, namely if it works when the photo is in transition at the PP

We changed firmware - the result did not change

We changed bp  - the result did not change

 

Maybe somebody encountered such a problem that occurs and suggest how to solve it

where the card is delay in TU1 or in TU2  maybe sensor is difective 

 

send to me photo where the card stopped to know where the problem

The paper is not stuck. Just not printed text

you can test the back print from service in command backprint but you need service cable to chick it

 

if it print or not

chick the distance of head print to the paper

 you can install the firmware of the tu2 included the back print firmware

As I wrote above - print works but is triggered when the photo is already in the transition to the wet part

I have had exactly the same problem for almost a year now.  It gave me another error connected with the errors

that you have stated above once, something about a buffer being full.

 

Our technician said it's something to do with software, but I haven't been able to connect with him again.

 

Some days after other errors we'll restart and then the backprint works again for an hour or two.

 

I'll let you know if and when I find out something.

you can disconnect the power of back print if the machine print normally you need change motor of back print 

 

if stay the problem you can see where the paper where is stopped and say to  me

and it find on TU1 home position write it in service in printer setup

I completely changed BP

but this problem has not disappeared, indeed the same problem appeared on one machine.

Just do not know what to do (

Antero,  may be this is to late.. but, then I was have this problem, its was because of unicode simbols in filenames. When I upgrade DLab Software to 12(if I dont forget it ))) ), then this errore gone. But... of cause unicode simboles steel not printed.
