Fuji Sp2000 Film Cooling Compressor Rate Warning

I transferred my stand-alone SP2000 scanner into my workroom in my house. I have tested it and it all seems to be working. However, a warning has now appeared twice W1125 Flow rate for film cooling compressor lowered. Clean compressor's air filter. Refer to manual. I never saw this warning when the SP2000 was in its old location, although it wasn't used that often. I cleaned the air filter when this warning first appeared. The filter didn't look particularly dirty. The warning didn't appear for two or three occasions I have used the scanner since, but has now popped up again. Should I be worried? What should I do?
