Qss-3501I Getting Blue Color On Image Load

Dear all experts;

My prints (qss-3501i) are coming out with blue colors when showing images to print .

I've attached the photo sample. 

please can anybody help me,

i'm very worried about this and have no idea what to do.. thank you

Try loading in the backup data from a time before the problem started.

It is some problem inside computer. Try to make full backup ( from service mode ) and make recovery. After that re-install system software. After that try to load images. If you see normal images then load backup, install optional software and can work as it worked before.

If after system recovery and installing software image still blue it will be some problem with hardware. Try change display adapter and monitor.
