Error 1094 In Nuritzu 3502

i have a error in nuritzu 3502  "unit is not attached" no 1094 .  i dont know what to do more.  i check input and output check all ok. all cabels and sensors work fine.  what can i do more? pls help me.  thank you all,

1094 what is the suffix number ?

 

1094-0001 - Paper Supply Unit A

1094-0002 - Paper Advance Unit

1094-0003 - Paper Supply Unit A and Paper Advance Unit

if all the connections are OK, you need to check Printer Control PCB
