Marine Posted September 26, 2016 Report Posted September 26, 2016 Hello everybody, The above mentioned references are in fact the same printer. Maybe you can add some brands !... I am looking for advice or a good link on what to do in the following situation: The device is stuck on error, mechanical trouble. The owner's manual says one should reload the paper. I have gone further and even tried a brand new printing pack, which loads well. Indeed the ribbon/paper alarm light does not light up,and the kiosk reads the correct paper size and available number of sheets. But any order , returns "printer connected, mechanical error". I would say it seems really close to working properly, there has been no shock or anything,it was shut down after working as usual, not moved, and this is the state it is in after it stayed a few weeks unused. Thanks for any good clue you might have.
