pitchwayz Posted October 21, 2016 Report Posted October 21, 2016 Hello, I have a scaner SP3000 attached to Frontier375.It worked very fine for a few years, and now I can't scan a film, there is a message W-4336 (the focus position adjustement is not performed with this carrier). To do focus position adjustment, first I must do "Optical Magnification Calibration". How to perform it? I dont have a chart and don't know which chart I need. Please help!
Minilab service Posted October 23, 2016 Report Posted October 23, 2016 Hello. Yes, to do focus you need focus adjustment chart. Technicians have it. If you didn't have this error before probably your scanner settings where changed. Once focus done you do not need make adjustments for the same carrier again. You need to do adjustments only if changed carrier. If your carrier the same and you didn't have this error before then load backup and this error will disappear. Backup loading procedure depends on software, which is installed on your scanner computer.
Trev Taylor Posted October 31, 2016 Report Posted October 31, 2016 Now you can't scan film. Yes, if you have backup FDDs, then reload the scanner table. For some reason, it's lost it's data.
