d&m Posted November 24, 2016 Report Posted November 24, 2016 Hi guys, I have problem with Fuji Frontier 570. It is using replenishing chemistry incorrectly. I am getting error: E-2663 P1R replenishment pump (PU721) or lower limit sensor (FS724) abnormal. About 510 3R-size sheets can still be printed without replenishment. Conslut your technical representative. When I check level of replenishment chemistry in containers I can see the diference betwen levels, there is more P2RA and P2RB than P1R. The mos of chemistry is P2RB. I did pump calibration before I put new chatrige. I am using fuji hunt cp-49hvII] Thanks
Trev Taylor Posted November 24, 2016 Report Posted November 24, 2016 You can Clean the level sensors Run the PSR air filter - Front panel of the Fr570, there is a PSR air option. Press menu 5 times and enter, then scroll down using the arrow keys. Make sure there's no blockage in the hoses or the replenisher pumps (red Iwaki pumps)
d&m Posted November 24, 2016 Author Report Posted November 24, 2016 I just did PSR air option twice Do you think on level sensors in procesor or in chemistry containers? Thank you a lot
Trev Taylor Posted November 24, 2016 Report Posted November 24, 2016 If you pull off the back cover where the power switch is. There is a number of float switches for the replenisher section also. You can see what ones work correctly. They're yellow and have white floats; they they're high, the processor output check for that replenisher would say YES.
d&m Posted November 25, 2016 Author Report Posted November 25, 2016 I clean already, and I didn't fix the problem. In my opinion the problem is less water in P1, when machine cleaning the cartridge with chemistry.
Trev Taylor Posted November 29, 2016 Report Posted November 29, 2016 If there's less water then the colours on the prints wont be good....probably blue looking if not faded.
