ji11y Posted November 25, 2016 Report Posted November 25, 2016 Hello I have a Noritsu 3201 and am getting a tiny dimple on my prints. They are 5.9cm apart and 10.5cm in on a 12in paper. Had the hole machine apart and can'r find anything on a rack. Any ideas?
yustas Posted November 25, 2016 Report Posted November 25, 2016 1. There is some sort of debris on the roller exists. This solid piece of chemicals makes the dimple. The step of dimples tells about it - the diameter of the roller.First you need to check the rollers in the paper advance unit (printer section of the lab) and then in the processor section of the lab you need to check all rollers for the presence of any debris.I recommend to open the cover of the processor section and then print the picture.Remove the first rack and look at the picture surface right after the exit from the laser section. If no dimple- go further...Rack by rack. You will find it anyway. :-)
