Noritsu T15 Film Machine Disable Replenisher And Refilling From Errors

Hello All,

I just bought a Used Noritsu T15 film machine. I want to manually add replenisher to the tank because of low volume and accuracy. Can someone advise how stop the 'replenisher tank empty error' and the 'refilling water error' I just want the machine to heat the solutions drive the film and dry the film.

I think the best way out here is to have a CD with all manuals for T15.

Roughly in the middle of each SM pack unit plate there is a sensor that detects that the box is in place, tape this down and raise the valves up by turning the knob clockwise.

 

Now the machine should be happy and think that the replenisher boxes are in place and full.

 

You will get an error message after a certain number of films have been processed, due the machine expecting the pack to be empty by now, just lower the valves down, remove the tape on the pack sensor, then tape it back and raise the valves up again to reset it.
If is asks to initialize the remains, say yes.

 

You will need to take out the CD-W, FIX2-W & STB3-W water pipes from the sub tanks and feed them back into the water tank so the water just goes around in a loop.
You will however need to keep the levels topped up to stop it giving water re-filling errors.
