Fuji Sp-500 Settings

Hello. Just got this scanner and learning the ropes with it.   Can anyone recommend the best optimal settings for defaults?   I'm looking at hypertone, sharpness,  resolution, etc.   Thank You!

 

So far I got:

Print Size: 305x457

Mag Zoom: 97%
Step adjustment C/M/Y 4/4/4   Dc/Dm/Dy 8/8/8
Grain Control:  Lowest
Hypertone: Mode 1
