Dks 750 Paper Setup Problem

hello,  i have a problem with my dks 750, paper setup does not show the result chart and the exit sensor doen not count the images when they come out, maybe the exit sensor is not working properly? images get throu the dryer without any delay .. is there a way to test the exit sensor? densitometer lamp is also working..

is your machine STILL having very old "mechanical" type Exit sensor,,,,  or   later type of "photo" type Exit sensor ?

old type is a microswitch actually !

it was a microswitch, i replaced it yesterday and now it works ok, but with this machine it is always something wrong, the sensor is fixed and i replenished all the chemichals.. turned the machine on today and it is like this:

DEV temp: 0,

 BL temp 36 but in red color  

STAB cannot heat all day,

machine is reporting a erorr :   processor temperature is +3 beyond limit??  i have never had this erorr and i have no idea what to do..

I suggest ..

1) make sure all circulation pumps are working well and not stopped or clogged

2) for processor temperature +3 beyond limit error . . . ..   do you know which chemical temperature is +3

3) STB cannot heat all day . . . . . .  perhaps you have a BAD chemical heater ... it happens so often and NOT surprise to hear this problem

4) I still have some DKS750 spare parts in stock .  Try your LUCK to ask.

Thank you for your answer and sugestions, it was a bad chemical heater, i replaced it and everthing is workin fine now..
