bookman Posted December 5, 2016 Report Posted December 5, 2016 I would like to print on my 3702HD a picture with the size 12x22" 640ppi (7'680 x 14'080 pixel). But the EZ Controller gives the error 1516. Where can I change the maximal printing resolution size? The 3702HD should be able to print 12x36" with 640 ppi (7'680 x 23'040 pixel).
kodak_service Posted December 5, 2016 Report Posted December 5, 2016 No. 01516 Data is too large to read. Try to reduce file size.
Minilab service Posted December 5, 2016 Report Posted December 5, 2016 (edited) I think ''bookman'' knew what this error means. He just wanna to know why he get it, when loaded 640 dpi file. The reason is very simple - EZ controller version is too old. On EZ controller 5.6 ( and lower ) can be loaded file up to 66,560,000 pixels. On EZ controller 5.7 ( and above) can be loaded file up to 250,000,000 pixels Your file ( 7680 x 14080 ) has 108,134,400 pixels and it is out of limit for older versions File 7680 x 23040 would be 176,947,200 pixels and you could load it on new versions. New versions have few limits : 1. both width and length can't exceed 10,000 pixels ( for example 10,001 x 10,001 ) 2. width or length can't be more than 25,000 pixels 3. width or length can't be less than 32 pixels. I have latest version - 6.60. It can work even on Windows 10. Contact, if need it. Can help to upgrade. Edited December 5, 2016 by Minilab service
