Problem with Fuji Frontier 390 - Cyan Stain

Hello,

Glad i found this great forum. I am having some problems with a Fuji Frontier 390. It is printing Cyan stains in the pictures, as shown in the attached pics.

Hope somebody can help me to solve this issue or maybe some clues to identify the problem

The problem has no attitude to laser.
I guess the problem with your prints is in wrong LUT (paper profiles).

I recommend to perform Paper Condition Setup here:

-- > Setup and Maintenance -->Print Condition Setup and Check --> Paper Condition Setup

Go there with service password 7777 and run "Initial"

I do not remember already the exact path but dig that way.
