Dear All,

I recently purhased MS014.2R software with my 570 machine but it is always gives E-5201 scanner to printer communication error but there is no acanner connected as we all know this new software doesn't need any other PC to connect.

I am unsing DELL PC with i5, 5th Generation CPU, 4GB RAM,160GB SATA HDD, & i set all necessary preseting for loading MS software & i am sure this is from software only because same problem i am facing with another machine also with same configuration.

I am unsing original cable & firewire card, i also chaned the card & CPU too but same result.

Please any one can help me with tis issue
